Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 large cooked sweet potatoes or 1 large can
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except sweet potatoes or yams in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
  2. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Stir once.
  4. Add sweet potatoes, coating all sides.
  5. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 5 minutes, rotating dish once and spooning syrup over potatoes.
