Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and bake the potatoes until done.
  2. Cut open the baked potatoes and spoon out the insides into a bowl.
  3. Mix the potato insides with salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and margarine.
  4. Pack the mixture back into the potato hulls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over all the potato halves.
  6. Place in a warm oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, then serve.
