Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Owens sausage
  • 1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped
  • 3 carrots, shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 package won ton wrappers
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet.
  2. Sauté all ingredients (sausage, cabbage, carrots, green onions, pepper, salt, Accent) together until cooked.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each won ton wrapper and roll to seal.
  4. Deep fry the egg rolls until they are golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
