Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 cup ham, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix together thoroughly: chopped onion, chopped ham, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, egg, pepper, and mustard.
  2. On a round stone or baking surface, place a package of crescent rolls and spread them out to form a crust.
  3. Put the ham and cheese mixture on the rolled-out crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
