Ingredients

  • 1 cup processed ham
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 (8 oz.) package crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Chop ham and onion finely.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped ham, chopped onion, shredded Swiss cheese, egg, black pepper, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
  4. Unroll the entire package of crescent roll dough into one large rectangle.
  5. Cut the dough into 24 small squares.
  6. Place each square in a mini-tart pan and shape to fit the pan.
  7. Fill each tart with the ham mixture.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
