Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Minute tapioca (uncooked)
  • 1 pound lean ham
  • 1 pound fresh pork
  • 1 tablespoon onion pulp
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Ground together the ham and pork.
  2. Mix tapioca through ground meat.
  3. Combine with other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 7 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Reduce temperature to 375°F and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
