Miracle Lasagne

A comforting layered lasagne with rich tomato sauce, creamy cheese layers, and melty mozzarella, perfect for family dinners or gatherings with classic Italian flavors.

Ingredients

  • 28 oz. jar traditional Prego sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 6 dry lasagne noodles
  • 15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray an 11 x 7-inch dish with cooking spray.
  2. If using ground beef, brown it, drain excess fat, and mix with the sauce.
  3. Spread 1 cup of sauce in the baking dish; if using ground beef, use a little more sauce.
  4. Top with 3 dry lasagne noodles, half of the Ricotta cheese, half of the Mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Top that with 1 cup of sauce.
  6. Repeat with another layer of 3 noodles, remaining cheese, and sauce.
  7. Top with the remaining sauce.
  8. Slowly pour 1/4 cup or less water around the inside edge of the dish.
  9. Cover the dish and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
  10. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
