Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (10 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Ronco spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Bring a quart of water to a boil and add the spaghetti.
  2. Let it boil for about 15 to 20 minutes, then drain.
  3. Form the ground beef into meatballs.
  4. Cook the meatballs in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste to the skillet and simmer to blend flavors.
  6. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
