Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flaked salmon
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, cream of celery soup, beaten egg, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add the flaked salmon and bread crumbs to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour, or until heated through and golden brown on top.
