Ingredients

  • 8 cups cooked and sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound American cheese, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green or black olives
  • 4 to 6 slices fried bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Toss cooked and sliced potatoes with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, diced American cheese, and chopped onion.
  2. Place the mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Sprinkle with crumbled fried bacon and chopped olives on top.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 325°F (160°C).
