Ingredients

  • 3 slices white bread
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 pounds ground beef

Instructions

  1. Mix the crumbled white bread, milk, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and minced onion together and blend with the ground beef.
  2. Shape the mixture into small T-bone-shaped patties approximately 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick.
  3. Place the shaped patties on a broiler pan and douse with Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Broil the patties for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
