Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1/4 c. cool water
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 small cans shrimp pieces, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cool water; set aside.
  2. Chop celery, green peppers, and onions.
  3. Mix chopped vegetables with mayonnaise and tomato soup.
  4. Add drained shrimp and cream cheese to the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  6. Unmold and serve chilled.
