Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 lb. refried beans
  • 1/2 pkg. dry enchilada mix
  • 20 drops hot sauce
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, enchilada mix, and hot sauce.
  2. Spread this mixture in 2 (8-inch) pie pans.
  3. Cover with grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve with corn chips.
