Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 large bag cauliflower
  • 1 large bag broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, and bouillon cubes to water in a large pot. Bring to a boil and cook until carrots are tender.
  2. Add cauliflower and broccoli to the pot. Continue cooking until all vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the cans of cream of chicken soup until well combined.
  4. Add Velveeta cheese to the soup mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
