Ingredients

  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stick margarine
  • red pepper
  • salt
  • seafood seasoning
  • 1 lb crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Saute green onions, bell peppers, onions, and garlic in 1 stick of margarine until onions are clear.
  2. Add crabmeat and chopped shrimp, then season with red pepper, salt, and seafood seasoning to taste.
  3. Saute until the seafood is cooked well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  5. Add crumbled Ritz crackers to the mixture.
  6. Add enough milk to make the mixture moist and smooth.
  7. Use the seafood stuffing to stuff mushrooms, fish, or other dishes.
