Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb beef
  • 2 cans tomato wedges
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the beef in Worcestershire sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Place the marinated beef into a covered casserole dish.
  4. Add tomato wedges with their juice to the dish.
  5. Add onion quarters and bell pepper pieces.
  6. Pour Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
  7. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) until the aroma fills the kitchen, approximately 1 hour.
  8. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Serve over white rice.
