Mom'S Mega Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chopped meat
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped, fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 1 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 3 pkg. brown gravy mix (yields 6 c. gravy)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients together.
  2. The mixture should not be too wet.
  3. If so, add some more bread crumbs so that the meat will hold a loaf shape.
  4. Shape into a loaf in a large baking pan.
  5. Cook at 350° for 1 hour; drain off drippings.
