- In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients together.
- The mixture should not be too wet.
- If so, add some more bread crumbs so that the meat will hold a loaf shape.
- Shape into a loaf in a large baking pan.
- Cook at 350° for 1 hour; drain off drippings.
