Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup Mazola oil
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Add a layer of apple mixture on top of the batter.
  5. Add the remaining batter over the apple layer.
  6. Top with the rest of the apple mixture.
  7. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
