Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can small green peas
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti and drain.
  2. In a separate pan, brown the ground beef and diced onion; drain the fat.
  3. Drain the liquid from canned goods, then mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to garnish the top.
