- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Spread a layer of Italian sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread a portion of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add a layer of cooked ground beef over the ricotta.
- Sprinkle with sliced mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with a top layer of sauce and cheeses.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
