Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can vegetable soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • potatoes
  • celery
  • cabbage

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger with the chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add the vegetable soup and cream of mushroom soup to the browned meat and onion mixture.
  3. In a casserole dish, layer sliced potatoes, chopped celery, and chopped cabbage.
  4. Pour the hamburger and soup mixture over the layered vegetables.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
