Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. pork, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • celery seed
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1 c. meat stock

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, prepared mustard, celery seed, catsup, and meat stock to the onion and simmer slowly for 15 minutes.
  3. Add cooked pork to the sauce and turn on low heat for 30 minutes, adding water if needed.
  4. Serve the pork with sauce on buns for delicious sandwiches.
