Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • 1/2 lb. crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. green onions
  • 1 c. diced tomato
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated garlic

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken breasts at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven. Brush with barbecue sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
  4. Top with chopped green onions and diced tomatoes before serving.
