Ingredients

  • 8 oz. medium egg noodles
  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 flat cans Niblets corn
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck with chopped onion and green pepper.
  2. Mix the cooked and drained egg noodles with the browned meat mixture.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, Niblets corn, chili powder, and salt; stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until bubbly.
