Ingredients

  • celery salt
  • Wish-Bone Italian salad dressing
  • onion salt
  • liquid smoke
  • beef brisket
  • ketchup
  • garlic
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the beef brisket.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, celery salt, and onion salt over the brisket.
  3. Mix together Wish-Bone Italian salad dressing, liquid smoke, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the marinade over the seasoned brisket in a glass dish.
  5. Cover with Saran Wrap and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  6. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  7. Cook the covered brisket with foil for 3.5 hours.
  8. Remove foil and cook uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
