Instructions
- Pare and slice the potatoes.
- Place the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Slice the onion and layer it on top of the potatoes.
- Spread the ground beef evenly over the top of the potatoes and onions.
- Optional: spread mushroom soup over the beef.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
- Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour or until done.
