Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • raisins or cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
