Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • Picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger meat, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, eggs, salt, pepper, flour, sage, and Picante sauce together.
  2. Place the mixture into a loaf pan.
  3. Bake until cooked through and browned on top.
