Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 lb. Munster Cheese, shredded
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp. Onion, chopped
  • 1 C. Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 5-7 slices Salami, diced
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and add the flour, mixing well.
  2. Add half of the milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining milk, shredded Munster cheese, diced salami, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Grease a 9-inch glass pie plate.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes.
  8. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 25 minutes until golden and set.
