Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. finely crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Clean mushrooms; remove caps and chop stems.
  3. Mix cracker crumbs with salt, pepper, parsley, green onions, and melted butter.
  4. Add chopped mushroom stems to the mixture.
  5. Stuff or top the mushroom caps with the mixture as desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
