Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with water.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of the soup mixture to the ground beef, then add the egg, bread crumbs, chopped onions, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and shape into small meatballs.
  4. Brown the meatballs in 1 tablespoon of canola oil, then pour the remaining soup mixture over them.
  5. Simmer for 25 minutes until cooked through and flavorful.
