Ingredients

  • 8 oz. or 16 oz. round Brie or Camembert cheese
  • sweet mustard or sweet and hot mustard
  • chopped hot pepper or sweet red pepper
  • chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Place cheese on an ovenproof dish.
  2. Cover with sweet mustard or sweet and hot mustard.
  3. Top with chopped hot pepper or sweet red pepper and chopped green onion.
  4. Microwave carefully until just warm, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Spread on crackers or toast.
