  • 3 large mangoes
  • 1 qt. prepared mustard
  • 2 lb. sugar
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • pinch of turmeric

Instructions

  1. Cook each vegetable separately until done.
  2. Mix prepared mustard, sugar, vinegar, and turmeric to make the brine.
  3. Put the cooked vegetables into the brine and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil the mixture for 15 minutes.
