Ingredients

  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t crushed garlic
  • 1/4 t salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/8-1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 -3/4 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 T sugar or honey
  • 1/4 t celery salt

Instructions

  1. Place mustard, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and red wine vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
  2. Slowly add olive oil, stirring constantly until ingredients combine.
  3. Add sugar or honey and adjust to taste.
  4. Add grated parmesan cheese and mix together.
  5. Serve over salad greens.
