Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 slightly beaten egg

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Stir in pumpkin, milk and egg.
  3. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes or until firm.
