Ingredients

  • 2 c. oyster crackers
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles
  • 2 c. unsalted peanuts
  • 2 c. pretzel sticks, broken
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 10 to 15 c. fresh hot air popcorn
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered cumin

Instructions

  1. Combine oyster crackers, chow mein noodles, peanuts, pretzel sticks, in a large bowl.
  2. Mix melted butter with chili powder, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and powdered cumin in a cup.
  3. Pour the seasoned butter over the dry mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet and bake at 325°F for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
