Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup sugar or less to taste
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 small hot peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans and empty them into a bowl.
  2. Add the coarsely diced onion and minced garlic.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the dressing over the beans and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Chill for at least 12 hours, with 24 hours being preferable.
