Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 c. white flour
  • chocolate chips
  • nuts or oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Cream together brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, including baking soda, salt, flours, chocolate chips, and nuts or oatmeal.
  3. Make teaspoon-sized balls from the dough.
  4. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 375°F.
