Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Cream together the sugar and butter.
  2. Add and beat well the light corn syrup, salt, and eggs.
  3. Add pecans and pour into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
