Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 4 cups cooked diced chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain.
  2. Arrange in an 11 x 7-inch pan.
  3. Place cooked chicken on top of the broccoli.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice, then pour over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
