Ingredients

  • 12 oz. diced potatoes
  • 1 qt. cold water
  • 3/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 oz. onion
  • 12 1/2 oz. cream of celery soup
  • 12 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. corn flake crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the diced potatoes in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes, then drain.
  2. Combine the cooked potatoes with the cream of celery soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the mixture in a long baking pan.
  4. Drizzle liquid margarine over the top and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
