Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 large package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 large cartons Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bake the white cake mix as directed in a pan larger than 9 x 13 inches.
  2. Let the cake cool completely.
  3. Mix one large and one small package of instant vanilla pudding together.
  4. Beat in the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled cake.
  6. Drain the crushed pineapple and spread it over the pudding layer.
  7. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
