Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
  2. Cook the tomato soup, tomato sauce, minced onion, and garlic together in a pan.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl.
  4. Layer cooked noodles, the cream cheese mixture, and the beef mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Repeat the layers and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake until bubbly at 350°F.
