Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the topping over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
