Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush chicken breasts with prepared mustard and set aside.
  3. In a large shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
  4. Roll the mustard-coated chicken in the bread crumb mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken in a large, lightly greased baking pan, meaty side up.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the chicken.
  7. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until fork-tender.
  8. Arrange the chicken on a serving dish and top with sour cream.
