Instructions
- Cut vegetables into 1/2-inch or smaller pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture.
- Place remaining ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until desired texture is achieved.
- If no food processor or blender is available, chop ingredients as finely as possible.
- Add the reserved 1/2 cup mixture back into the blended salsa and stir.
- Transfer the salsa to a shallow serving dish.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
