Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 8 ounces broad noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 to 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown chopped onion, chopped celery, and ground beef in margarine.
  2. Stir in salt, pepper, cooked noodles, and the soups (cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and tomato).
  3. Put the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
  5. Optional: sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
