Ingredients

  • 16 oz. noodles
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3 c. cheese
  • 1 can green peas
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles in water until tender, then drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked noodles, diced onion, tomato paste, cheese, green peas, pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
