Ingredients

  • 1 can Vegeburger
  • 3/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 3/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 8 ounces thin noodles
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 17 ounces can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 8 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 8 ounces can stewed tomatoes (Mexican style)
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the vegeburger, diced onion, green pepper, and diced garlic in oil.
  2. Stir in salt, cream-style corn, sliced black olives, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, grated Cheddar cheese, and paprika.
  3. Cook the noodles as directed on the package; drain.
  4. Combine the cooked noodles with the meat and vegetable mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
