Numero Uno Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans ⓘ
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream ⓘ
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 3/4 c. picante sauce ⓘ
- 1 packet taco seasoning ⓘ
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano ⓘ
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack and/or Cheddar) ⓘ
Instructions
- Shells are used if serving escargot on stainless steel plates. If ceramic escargot plates are used, no shells or tongs are required.
- And, if you're like me and don't have the fancy ceramic escargot plates or shells, use muffin tins.
